Experience the race from spectator boat

Now you have the opportunity to experience Volvo Ocean Race up close. We offer the chance to book spots on one of our spectator boats that will take you out to Kanholmsfjärden either for the In-Port Race or the Restart of Leg 10 to St Petersburg.

Finger food and lunch will be served, and the possibilities to buy beverages are accessible during the whole trip.

In-Port Race

Sunday 21st June 2009
Location: Kanholmsfjärden
Time: 08.00 - 17.30
Finger food and lunch will be served during the day. Cost for alcohol is excluded. The competition will be guided by an expert commentator.
Spectator boats will leave the dock at 09.00 together with the Volvo Ocean 70 yachts. Gathering at 08.00 on Skeppsbron. We will arrive latest at 12.00 at Kanholmsfjärden and will be back at Skeppbron approx. 17.30.
Cost: 1 995 SEK per person inclusive VAT. Children under the age of 12, 500 SEK per person inclusive VAT.

Restart for Leg 10 to St Petersburg

Location: Kanholmsfjärden
Time: 08.30 - 17.30
Finger food and lunch will be served during the day. Cost for alcohol is excluded. The competition will be guided by an expert commentator.

Gathering at 08.30 on Skeppsbron in front of Teaterskeppet. Boarding at 09.00. The boat will leave the dock at the latest 09.30. We arrive at Sandhamn 13.00 and will be back at Skeppbron approx. 17.30.
Cost: 1 995 SEK per person inclusive VAT. Children under the age of 12, 500 SEK per person inclusive VAT.

Booking is made to spectatorboat@oceanracestockholm.se. Please observe that bookings are binding. Please give us your name, number and e-mail. After receiving a confirmation letter, tickets and payment will be done at Race Village, Ocean Race Club from the 14th June - 20th June for the In-Port Race and from the 14th June - 24th June between 10.00 – 20.00 for Restart Leg 10.
