• It has been all about speed 2009-06-14 Right now Telefónica Black is 12 nm due south of Trelleborg, a little town on the Swedish south coast. We rounded the south west corner of Sweden, Falsterbo Rev, in third place, a few hundred meters ahead of Ericsson 3.

• Winter turned into summer 2009-05-20 What a relief! Winter turned into summer as we swept around the SE corner of the ICE box. Water temp was suddenly up to 18º Celsius, blue skies and hot sun as we hoisted our big kite at lunch today and started to go downhill.

• Now only 60 nm from the scoring gate 2009-05-19 Another foggy day at 44º 30 North. Good news that the water's temperature is up from nasty 4,3 degrees Celcius this moorning to accaptable 10,4 right now. Heater is still working!
• Another day onboard Telefonica Black 2009-04-21 Another day onboard "Telefónica black". This morning we found Delta Lloyd on the horizon behind us… Not feeling comfortable at all considering that she has been growing bigger and bigger as the day has passed along.
